注意不要搞混Effective resolution与ENOB的区别。最常用的测量ENOB的方法是通过将正弦波输入ADC,对输出做FFT分析。IEEE的1057标准对ENOB定义如下:

ENOB = log2 [full-scale input voltage range/(ADC RMS noise × √12)]

SINAD信纳比

SINAD定义为信号与噪声和失真之比。SINAD和ENOB通常被用来评估ADC的动态性能。

所以:
